Lifecycle & Retention Specialist

Cobee is on a scaling mission going through high growth. After scaling from 40 to +150 people in less than 1 year, we are looking to scale the team 2x during 2022-2023, and we are launching new markets across the globe. 

We are looking for a Lifecycle & Retention Specialist to be responsible for managing the customer journey of our B2C users. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Experience and Product teams to ensure that customers have a positive experience and are retained over the long-term.

Your responsibilities may include creating and implementing customer engagement strategies, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities and developing and maintaining customer relationships.

You will be critical in ensuring that Cobee values and culture is top of mind in every hiring decision that is made while continuing to develop a best-in-class employee experience through forward-looking and innovative policies and frameworks around compensation, benefits, and the promotion of health & wellness.

This role has to be more than the 50% of their time-based in Madrid, Spain.

Main challenges

  • Maintain and manage Braze, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline CRM processes.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer activation, engagement and retention.
  • Work with the CS and Marketing teams to ensure that the CRM system is being used effectively to support business goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the automated workflows.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to increase user engagement and loyalty.

You are:

  • An excellent organizational and analytical person: you are excited by the concept of a beautiful company performance report.
  • An excellent communicator (verbal and written proficiency in Spanish and English required).

You have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in CRM automation.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Braze certification or proven experience.
