Job Profile

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and lead email, push, and SMS marketing programs to help us achieve target business KPIs and increase overall user LTV
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution: devise campaign strategy with key stakeholders, develop campaign briefs, oversee creative production, set measurement plans, deploy final campaigns, optimize as necessary, report on performance, and investigate issues as needed
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor the full-funnel performance and health of programs, as well as identify areas for improvement. You won’t stop at impressions, opens, and clicks, but manage all the way through to goal conversions and revenue
  • Establish rigorous A/B and multivariate testing plans to test subject lines, content, cadence, audience segmentation, and timing to constantly improve results
  • Troubleshoot user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology
  • Work with creative and copywriting teams to improve email campaigns
  • Translate high-level initiatives into actionable go-to-market strategies and execution plans, driving cross-channel marketing plans from kick-off to launch

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and deploying lifecycle programs across multiple owned channels (email, push, SMS, site, in-app, etc)
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Quantitative or Technical field
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable, and/or Mailchimp
  • Experience creating new target audiences/segments, building multi-step workflows, setting up A/B tests, QA, campaign deployment, and reporting
  • You are comfortable with quantitative analytics and have experience translating data into actionable business and consumer insights
  • Keen attention to detail, especially in the capacity of formatting emails and web pages in an aesthetic form, free of grammatical or style errors
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You know what types of conversations need to be handled in a slack vs on a phone call
  • You’re a self-starter. You’re excited to take your tasks and run with them. (But when needed, you also feel comfortable asking for help)
  • Outgoing, professional, and eager to take on responsibility
  • Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Interest related to nutrition, health, fitness, sports
