Position Overview

We are looking for a CRM Automation Lead to manage multi-channel customer lifecycle campaigns, focusing on building customer activation, retention, and reactivation through CRM automation and triggered lifecycle initiatives. In this critical and strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive Snoonu’s engagement, spend, and balance growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to create targeted, personalized, and automated campaigns. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving the success of Snoonu’s customer engagement and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Journey Expertise: Design and execute Snoonu’s lifecycle marketing strategy, ensuring strong alignment with overarching business goals, using data and technology to enable omni-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Multi-Channel Implementation: Oversee the implementation of campaigns across multiple channels, including push notifications, SMS, pop-ups, emails, WhatsApp, and content cards. Ensure effective integration and coordination of these channels to maximize reach and campaign effectiveness, providing a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize performance reporting and analyses to identify high-value customer segments and develop personalized communications that drive action.
  • AB Test: Devise a learning agenda of experiments to advance marketing effectiveness over time
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor cardholder behavior, track campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization. Regularly present insights, updates, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Creative Development: Lead the creative development process, collaborating with design and copywriting teams to produce compelling assets
  • Capability Roadmap: Work cross-functionally to define data requirements and MarTech capabilities needed to enable increasingly smarter targeting and automation of campaign deployment

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms; Braze is a must.
  • Demonstrates deep expertise in managing campaigns through marketing automation platforms. Braze is a must, with an added advantage if you've worked with Liquid and Connected Content.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for unraveling the customer journey and leveraging automated communications to enhance every step.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a must and knowledge of using any tool like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Strong agile project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies and campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and results to various stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset, constantly seeking ways to enhance the customer journey through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing change, navigating ambiguity, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
