👋 New Braze Consultancy | JSTN Consulting

Over the past 10 years I’ve specialised in CRM and Lifecycle Marketing — with 6+ years deep in Braze, and a foundation built on tools like Eloqua and Responsys. More recently I’ve had smaller but meaningful exposure to Iterable, which has many transferable similarities.

I’m now opening the door to building out a consultancy base for JSTN Consulting — working with companies who want to supercharge their retention marketing. If you know someone who needs fractional CRM leadership or an experienced advisor, I’d love an introduction.

What we offer:

🧭 1:1 Advisory → Light-touch guidance with one-to-one communications directly with the founder or a key stakeholder representative.

🤝 Partner → Fully embedded within your organisation’s communication tools, providing strategic guidance and light-touch meetings (but no hands-on execution).

🎯 Fractional Lead → Running the CRM or Growth function end-to-end, or acting as a senior advisor within your CRM, Growth or Martech organisation.

I typically work fully remote, but if you’re local to SE Queensland I’m happy to drop in occasionally. Interstate travel is also an option (client-covered). I’m also open to working with international clients.

🚀 My superpower is with SaaS and Marketplace models — especially those with an app. Bring me on board if your team needs someone who’s seen best-in-class CRM done before and can embed that expertise into your business.

While CRM and retention are my specialty, I also bring solid exposure (and real passion) for growth strategy across paid social & search — ensuring a strong funnel from top to bottom.
