Segmenting on custom event properties without exact match

Wondering if there's any smart ways around this.

We have a "UI - PageLoad" custom event with some property parameters that reports whenever a user visits a page on our platform. It includes custom properties for 

• pathName e.g. "/some-page-url"

• host e.g. "sub.ourdomain.com"

When I build a segment that uses X Custom Event Property in Y Days, there's only an 'exact' match option. 

i.e. There's no way to build a filter that would be 'anyone with the UI Page Load event where the pathname includes {text} somewhere in the value.

Essentially, trying to build a filter that would encompass multiple pages visited that all share a consistent text string in the pathname somewhere.

e.g. matching any of /articles/number-one, /articles-number-two etc etc
