Landing Page submissions - user duplication

I have the same problem where Braze creates duplicate profiles even if someone uses the same email to sign up

I've solved this with a separate canvas that uses a Webhook step with /users/merge Braze API. All signups enter the canvas, and the webhook tries to merge them based on email. This will result that only one profile exists

You'll need to add some extra delay to your welcome flow to give the deduplication/merge process some time
