analytics question - estimated audience

Could anybody briefly tell me the difference between  Estimated Audience & Reachable Users? There is a  difference between both of about 1000 users. Shouldn't it be almost the same? This is an email campaign.

    The difference is the gap between total users that meet the criteria and users that meet the criteria and can be contacted via the message channel. For email, Reachable Users would exclude unsubscribed, invalid, bounced addresses, etc.
