What are the best practices for communicating loyalty program updates and changes to  customers?

  • When communicating changes to a customer loyalty program, I think it is important to be transparent and clear. If a change is big, it should be communicated to customers across multiple channels like email, push notifications, and social media. I also think it is important to make sure that communication is consistent across all touchpoints, including websites and apps.
