Location: Remote (preferred timezone: US) Description: We are looking for an lifecycle contractor to join our expanding team: Email Campaign Development: As an Email Marketing Contractor, your primary role will be to develop and execute engaging email campaigns and canvases using the Braze platform. You'll be responsible for execute emails according to the approved copy/design that resonate with our target audience. Campaign Monitoring: Keep a close eye on the performance of your email campaigns. Track open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics. Results Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign and canvas results. You'll need to analyze the data, extract insights, and provide recommendations for improvement. Your insights will guide our decision-making process for future email marketing endeavors. CRM Health Enhancement: Part of your role will be to ensure the health of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, duplicate entries, and any other issues that may affect the accuracy of our customer data. A well-oiled CRM is essential for effective email marketing. Requirements: Proven experience in email marketing, preferably using the Braze platform. Proficiency in data analysis to interpret campaign results. Excellent attention to detail to maintain CRM health. Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
