Braze Catalog Selections: How to Send Personalized Recommendations
Braze Selections continue to be an exciting feature for streamlining and automation. What's amazing is that the selection filter values accept Liquid, something that's not possible in the regular audience filter in Campaigns/Canvases. Dynamic entry is one area where we continue to run into hurdles with Braze, although with the introduction of Context Steps, we're hopeful that this will change in the future. Using Liquid to identify users in a segment
I'd like to have an element of an email show or hide based on if a user is within a segment using - Is this possible with Liquid? So, I am triggering a few custom events which contains a few properties as below appointment_booked (appt_time, appt_location, app_details, appt_virtual) all strings except for appt_virtual which is boolean In canvas config, I am segmenting users which has received the appt_virtual event more than 0 times I have a action path activity with x2 actions (performed custom event appt_virtual where appt_virtual is true) and the other action where is false. all users are going to the "everything else" path? why ? and decision split or audience path doesnt allow me to filter based on the custom event properties, whats going on? why such limitation. whats the correct way to configure it?
Segment Builder funnel stats design
Hi everyone! I'm Nancy, the designer at Braze working on our segmentation tools. We've received feedback about wanting to see funnel stats in our updated segment builder design to easily track reachable user increases and decreases. As I work on this design, I'd love to get your feedback, and I have three questions that will help inform our design decisions. Each question is associated with the screenshot directly below it, and we recommend you answer the first one before viewing the second screenshot, etc (because later screenshots will "give away" some info). Question 1 Looking at this image below, could you tell us what you would do if you wanted to see per-filter funnel stats (ie. what step you take, where would you click to view this info)? Question 2 Looking at this image below, the second filter group contains two filters, Language and Age. What would you expect the number "350k – 400k" under the Language filter represents? 350k - 400k is the number of all users that fall under the specific Language filter, irregardless of whether they fell into prior filters (in other words, does not take into account prior filters) 350k - 400k is the number of all users that fall under the Language filter and the prior filters in filter group 1 (in other words, it takes into account all filters up until that point) Question 3 Looking at this image below, what would you expect the red number in the group footer to represent: It represents the estimated user that fall under all the filters from group 1 and 2 It represents the estimated user in group 2 onlyReferral Strategy

Replenishment Campaigns
Hi We sell a products that gets replenished every 30-40 days or so. We want to send a campaign that asks users 30-40 days after they purchased if they are ready to replenish the product. We would want to send the user to the product page of the item that they purchased initially. Have you built something like this before? Any best practices? Thank you!
Frequency Cap Hierarchy
Hi! I am wanting to implement frequency capping for my Braze instance. At the moment our main form of channel is Push which will continue. I am wanting to create a almost hierarchy, so e.g. user receives no more than 1 push in an hour UNLESS the canvas contains a tag 'offer' then they can receive this extra canvas.
