Senior CRM Specialist

 
Overview

The Sr. Specialist, CRM plays a key role in executing CRM strategies and tactics to drive customer engagement and retention at Sprouts. This role will execute the day-to-day CRM operations including campaigns and maintaining the health of our customer database. The Sr. Specialist, CRM will support campaign measurement and reporting, keep up on industry trends, and will partner with internal and external partners and stakeholders to execute on recommendations to improve and optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be a data driven analytical thinker with a proven track record of executing successful CRM campaigns.

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Execute CRM strategies and tactics to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Build and execute CRM campaigns, customer lifecycle journeys and identify opportunities for optimization including customer segmentation strategies.
  • Execute A/B testing strategies to optimize marketing content and campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM platforms and coding languages to ensure the technical feasibility of journeys and dynamic content.
  • Test and QA all CRM campaign activity.
  • Monitor and manage email deliverability and SMS compliance.
  • Implement and provide input on CRM account growth strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve as necessary to address delivery issues, excessive bounce rates, or significant unsubscribing.
  • Manage CRM calendar and help lead cross-functional content planning and reporting meetings; Project managing CRM campaign calendar/stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling CRM content.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics partners and implement personalization strategies to tailor customer interactions based on preferences and behaviors.
  • Analyze reports, campaign performance and customer data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and internal partners.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM marketing.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM Act and all other applicable regulations and best practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in CRM marketing.
  • Experience with Braze platform preferred.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and project management tools, Asana experience preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing-related metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving to optimize marketing programs.
  • Strong technical knowledge including HTML, Webhooks and Liquid Syntax.
  • Graphic design experience a plus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform and drive decision-making.
  • A proven track record of executing successful CRM campaigns.
