Freelance Braze CRM Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

MileIQ is the leading mileage tracking app, helping businesses and individuals streamline mileage reimbursement and tax deductions. We are looking for a talented Braze CRM Specialist to join our team on a freelance, part-time basis to help build and optimize our email, push, IAM, and IBM campaigns.

About the Role
As a Braze CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and executing CRM campaigns within Braze, leveraging your HTML development skills and expertise in liquid logic and content blocks. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure campaigns are structured effectively, optimized for engagement, and rigorously tested.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email, push, IAM, and IBM campaigns using Braze.
• Develop and implement personalization strategies using liquid logic and content blocks.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution with exceptional attention to detail.
• Structure and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues across devices and email clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with marketing goals.
• Maintain best practices for deliverability, segmentation, and targeting

Requirements

• Strong HTML and CSS skills for email development.
• Significant experience in Braze, particularly with campaign setup, automation, and experimentation.
• Proficiency in liquid logic and content blocks for dynamic content personalization.
• Deep understanding of email and mobile messaging best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience structuring and analyzing A/B tests.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Available to communicate via Slack during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM EST).

Compensation & Commitment

• Hourly Rate: $50/hour
• Weekly Commitment: 12-25 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase
• Location: Fully remote
