Customer Relationship Manager at Vet-AI (Remote)

Sharing a current job vacancy on behalf of a new Braze customer...

Location: Remote, UK

Description: Vet-AI are delivering the pet care of the future. Our flagship app, Joii Pet Care was created to make pet care affordable and accessible for all pet owners. Through Joii, pet mums and dads can video call a vet 24/7, use an intelligent pet symptom checker (think NHS 111 but for pets), or seek preventative care through nurse clinics. And yes - it can all be done from the comfort of home - drastically reducing the need for in-person vet trips.

Mission:
  1. To make pet care affordable and accessible for everyone.
  2. To improve the lives and wellbeing of everyone working within the veterinary industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a customer communication strategy to deliver personalised and targeted communications across all stages of the Joii customer lifecycle.
  • Design and optimise customer onboarding programs to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of our products/services from Day 1.
  • Increase average revenue per user through relevant, compelling comms and campaigns.
  • Develop customer engagement campaigns, together with our Product and Clinical teams to foster long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Work closely with our Data team to segment and target our base of customers, designing and delivering campaigns to suit each customer cohort.
  • Be the Braze expert within the business. You’ll understand its capabilities inside out to ensure we are getting the most out of all it offers.
  • Work with our Design Manager to create compelling comms, measuring success and optimising as you learn.
  • Report on activity vs KPIs, establishing performance benchmarks and putting metrics beside everything you do.
