CRM Manager @ Chemist4U

As we continue to grow our digital marketing capability, we’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to support our CRM marketing strategy, driving acquisition & retention, increasing revenue, and optimising ROI across our e-commerce and prescription-based services, including regulated products such as weight loss medication.

Chemist4U is proud to be one of the UK's largest online pharmacies, processing over 180,000 prescriptions a month. We’re committed to making healthcare affordable, accessible, and convenient for everyone.

We simplify processes and medication management by leveraging cutting-edge technology and empowering our team. Whether through seamless online services or expert support, we ensure reliable and hassle-free healthcare so our customers can focus on their well-being.

About the Role

Working closely with the Content, Design, and wider Marketing teams, you’ll ensure that every customer communication feels personal, supportive, and in line with our mission to simplify the medication journey.

We’ve recently migrated to Braze, and your expertise will be vital in helping us unlock the full potential of the platform—whether that’s through sophisticated audience targeting, creative campaign execution, or insightful reporting.

You’ll lead on the key area of business revenue: weight loss. You’ll work on Chemist4U and myBMI UK & Ireland brands.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Head of CRM and CRM Executive to develop and execute customer-focused CRM and email marketing strategies, using Braze to deliver communications that resonate and reassure. Build and refine SMS and push notification campaigns to complement our email efforts, ensuring consistent and cohesive messaging across every touchpoint.
Share your Braze expertise with the wider team, helping us grow our understanding and capabilities within the platform.
Use our audience personas and rich data sources to segment, target, and personalise campaigns—showing each customer that we understand their health needs and concerns.
Confidently produce clear, actionable reports within Braze, working alongside our Head of Data & Analytics to track performance and highlight opportunities for growth.
Oversee email and SMS campaign content, including design, copywriting, and A/B testing, to drive high open and click-through rates. You’ll have the support of our content team.
Work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure CRM campaigns align with our broader messaging, values, brand guidelines and goals.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management, with hands-on experience using Braze.
At least 5 years in digital marketing, focusing on CRM strategies and audience segmentation.
Experience with CRM channels, including email, SMS, Whatsapp and push notifications.
Analytical mindset—comfortable turning data into insights that support health-focused communications.
Strong project management skills, able to prioritise and collaborate across teams.
Confident communicator, able to work closely with internal teams and external partners to support our shared mission.
Committed to staying current on CRM best practices, always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
