Creating segment using AND and OR operator

Afraid no real way to do this. The best method would be to create a segment for each of the groups of conditions and then within the campaign you send, under the additional filters, use the "Segment membership" option.
Then you can do "Is a member of segment 1" OR "Is a member of segment 2" etc.
