Processing Logs within Braze
Hello fellow Braze users,
My name is Aimee I work for Frasers Property, we are a Property Developer in Australia.
We are in the process of onboarding with Braze and this involves integrating with SAP our CRM for us to utilize segmentation within Braze.
Our development team has discovered and raised with Braze that there is no way for us to know when our data has been processed in Braze, in other words, no 'Processing Logs'. This has become an issue with our customer data being pushed into Braze via API then we receive a 'Success' message from Braze only later to check manually to find that some of the data did not process in Braze (data not in user profile).
Wanted to see if anyone else has noticed this issue? If yes what has your team done to resolve this or what workaround have you implemented?
We have created a feature request for Braze to provide us with access to the processing logs or to even allow us to reach out to them periodically to check the logs.
