From my understanding, Content Cards are extremely flexible. If you can get your PDE team to build a "copy" button on your app, then it's simply a matter of copying the Content Card data inside the user's clipboard. It's not a Braze OOTB feature, but you should be able to build something custom and just simply use the Contend Card data.
