You would need to write those properties out as user attributes using using user update or a webhook when the event occurs so you can use elsewhere.

I don't think this is possible unless they are part of the event trigger as you've mentioned. In saying that, trying to jog my memory, I felt like this was a feature that was coming at some point. I would do some tests yourself to see if you can grab them yet.
Not the perfect answer I know. 🫠Hope you find out some interesting things in your testing.
