  • The trend that resonates most with me this year is messages hitting the mark—because as marketers, we all know that just sending more messages isn’t the answer. It’s about sending the right message at the right time in the right way to truly connect with our audience.

    In the dating app space, competition is fierce, but there’s also an incredible opportunity to create real, meaningful moments with our daters. At the end of the day, people don’t just want to be marketed to—they want to feel seen, understood, and supported in their experience.

    I firmly believe that emotional connection drives revenue. Whether you’re in dating, e-commerce, or any other industry, the brands that win are the ones that make people feel something. That’s why I’m focused on making our lifecycle messaging feel personal, intentional, and human.
