When you don’t have the right data flowing from the start, you limit the value you can demonstrate with Braze. And if you can’t show value quickly, it becomes harder to get further investment or stakeholder support. Think of it like building a house, if you don’t lay the full foundation upfront, it’s going to be really messy and expensive to extend it later. So, even if you roll out features gradually, make sure your data plumbing is set up properly from day one. That’s what unlocks the full potential of personalisation, automation, and ultimately, better ROI.
