    The most impactful BFCM campaigns are those that move beyond generic discounts to deliver value, personalization, and a seamless customer experience. I have seen some great examples of brands doing this by:

    • Delivering Early Access for Loyalty Members: Think about your loyal customers as your best guests. Several of our retail brands have successfully used Braze to create exclusive early access opportunities for their loyalty program members. This not only makes them feel special, it rewards them for being valuable customers as well as incentivizes new loyalty sign-ups, extending the lifetime value beyond the immediate sale.

Instead of blanket discounts, our top brands use Braze to analyze real-time browse and purchase data to send tailored product recommendations. This drives higher conversion rates by presenting offers that truly resonate with individual customers. Imagine a customer browsing a specific category, receiving a push notification with a limited-time deal on a related item they've viewed multiple times. 
    • Journey-Based Cart Abandonment Recovery: Customers want to be reminded when they forget to checkout. They are highly distracted, but rather than a single "your cart is calling" email the best campaigns utilize multi-touch, multi-channel abandonment flows. For example, a Braze powered Canvas could send an initial email reminder, followed by an SMS with a small inventive, then an in-app message if the user reengages, intelligently adjusting based on real-time behavior.
