What is your biggest focus for this year within your overall customer engagement strategy? Are there any new channels you’re hoping to implement or focus on?

  • This year, our biggest focus is on creating a truly connected, cross-channel customer experience. We’re moving from isolated campaigns to orchestrated journeys that blend email, push, content cards, and in-app messaging seamlessly. It’s all about meeting customers where they are, with messages that feel timely and personal.

    We’re also exploring new engagement channels like web push, and doubling down on  to make our targeting smarter. Plus, with the rollout of our loyalty program ‘Papa Rewards’, we’re adding new engagement triggers to keep our customers coming back for more. It’s an exciting time to turn personalisation into real, measurable growth!
