Mint Mobile Marketing Org Structure
Can you tell us a little bit about the organization structure at Mint Mobile within Marketing? We see a lot of questions about the structure of teams working in Braze day-to-day.
The marketing department is split into 3 smaller departments: Brand, Creative, and Direct to Consumer (DTC). DTC is the largest of the departments because it holds eComm, media, analytics, content, and CRM teams. Each team works directly with creative and brand when developing a campaign, so all the teams are working together constantly to ensure the best quality initiatives.
Not all teams work within Braze though. From the marketing department perspective, CRM retention and acquisition teams work directly in Braze the most. Brand is also working in Braze daily even though they’re not responsible for deployment.
