What strategies have you used to re-engage customers who have become inactive in your loyalty program?

I think personalization is one of the big keys to re-engagement! It is important that lapsed customers receive communication that is relevant to their past behaviors and interests. It is also helpful to share information about new products and limited-time offers, which can help create a sense of urgency and encourage customers to return.
