What about Microsoft’s requirement on “Compliant P2 (Primary) Sender Addresses: Ensure the “From” or “Reply‐To” address is valid, reflects the true sending domain, and can receive replies”?

Clarification: this is just a recommendation for now. Having a valid from and reply-to can create a better user experience for your recipients who may want to send feedback or a request via your email, which can subsequently also bolster email reputation.
If you currently have a no-reply or other email that is unable to accept mail, it may be a good idea to start thinking about applying Microsoft’s recommendation to change it to a valid reply email in the long term- but it is not mandatory at this time.
