About the role ConsumerAffairs is seeking a creative and detail-oriented email designer/developer to work alongside a team of fellow lifecycle marketers to help facilitate a seamless transition of a large email program from Iterable to Braze, and later, build, oversee, and execute our email marketing campaigns. The primary job duty is to rebuild existing Iterable email templates and automations in Braze. The role begins on a contract basis with the possibility of becoming full-time at the contract's conclusion. If hired full-time, this role will craft engaging email content, design visual elements, and drive audience engagement, retention, and conversions through strategic email initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, deploying, and analyzing both ad-hoc email campaigns and automated customer journeys. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
