This role will be accountable for flawlessly executing email, in-app, push notifications, and other channels to maximize profitable growth. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing, CRM Automation, and Execution, and requires a dynamic individual who has a passion for building and optimizing marketing programs. How you will make an impact Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive the acquisition & retention of new Creators & consumers using Braze and HubSpot. Execute multi-channel campaigns that include Email, SMS, Push, & in-app messaging Own and drive channel marketing performance to improve engagement & channel health Execute event-driven, campaigns for hyper-segmented audiences Ensure tracking and attribution of campaign conversion Meet all deadlines per the marketing calendar and roadmap Collaborate with Product, CRM Strategy, & Data teams to manage contact data accuracy, including updating, deduping, importing, exporting and ongoing maintenance. Guarantee quality of all marketing execution. Utilize strong project management skills to track and deliver critical marketing system projects and operational projects on time. What you bring to LTK Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications. 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and/or CRM. Experience using Braze and HubSpot. Data-driven and analytical experience. HTML & Liquid Language experience preferred Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to own all CRM functions at my last job - automation, campaigns, SMS, segments, tagging, etc - it was at a mortgage company that unfortunately didn't survive and I was laid off. I want to continue on the path of CRM/customer engagement and create larger scale canvases using Braze...while I've no working experience with this specific platform, I have transferrable skills and have obtained status of the Braze Certified Practitioner.
