Motorway is the UK's fastest-growing used car marketplace - our award-winning, online-only platform connects private car sellers with thousands of verified dealers nationwide, ensuring everyone gets the best deal.
Founded in 2017, our technology-led approach has redefined the experience of selling a car, generating thousands of monthly car sales and helping us to grow to a team of more than 400 people across our London and Brighton offices.
Motorway is now valued at over $1 billion and is backed by some of the world's leading technology investors, having raised £143 million in Series C funding.
Having developed a large, rapidly-expanding, multi-million customer database here at Motorway, we are looking for a customer driven, ambitious CRM Executive to help build and evolve a best-in-class user experience across email, in-app messaging, Push and SMS.
We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive with ruthless attention to detail who is comfortable working within a fast-moving growth environment.
You will be deeply involved in the design and execution of all communications (copy, creative, design and messaging) to improve customer experience and conversion. You will report into the Senior CRM Manager, working closely with key stakeholders across Motorway's Marketing, Product, Strategy, BI, Sales and Customer Support teams.
Motorway has two key customer audiences: millions of consumers annually looking to sell their car, and thousands of professional car dealers across the UK, which use our platform to acquire stock. This role is primarily focused on both B2B activity designed to acquire and retain car dealers, with some focus on B2C too, acquiring and retaining Sellers. It's a hugely exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
