We have a fantastic opportunity to join the CRM Team at Greggs asCRM Data & Integration Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will play a key role in the CRM Team – coordinating and implementing day-to-day integrations of our CRM and data systems, supporting the development of new features, building customer journeys and advising and delivering our automations strategy incl. new journeys across new channels.

What you'll do
You’ll coordinate and implement day-to-day integrations of our CRM and data systems.
You’ll work closely with our development teams to drive forward enhancements and prioritise new functionality, supporting the CRM Product Owner in writing detailed user stories to ensure requirements are met.
You’ll lead on testing new functionality and channels within the team.
You’ll lead on data management and integration within the team.
You’ll work closely with our CRM Automations Support Manager to develop the strategy to improve our existing customer journeys as well as implementing new ones, utilising new capabilities and new channels.
You’ll work closely with our CRM Analytics Support Manager to ensure data informs and underpins everything we do.
You’ll ensure we deliver comms across multiple channels for a fully integrated digital experience – and drive forward testing both within automations and across channels including email, push notifications, SMS, app and social, as this will be key to how you help us continually improve.
You’ll develop a strategy for first party data collection.
Working within a CRM team, you will have proven strategic and technical experience in delivering new integrations, new channels and automated customer journeys that deliver results.
Have experience in delivering comms across several channels including email, push notifications, SMS and in-app inbox.
Experience working in a dynamic CRM Team, ideally in a customer facing FMCG business.
Experience working with one or more of the latest CEP platforms such as Emarsys, Salesforce, Braze & Selligent.
You’ll be familiar with agile methodologies and ways of working.
You’ll have a clear presenting style and be comfortable presenting to all levels of seniority.
