Senior Marketing Automation Manager

The Opportunity

At Aeroflow, the Marketing Automation Manager role will be crucial in streamlining marketing processes, improving efficiency, and driving successful campaigns through automation technologies to ensure successful patient journeys.

Your Primary Responsibilities

Our Marketing Automation Manager will:

  • Create and optimize automated marketing campaigns - including email drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and triggered responses.
  • Serve as the SME and manager of our marketing automation platform (Braze).
  • Monitor and analyze marketing automation performance metrics.
  • Assist in the design of multi-channel communication strategies
  • Use data to drive prospective customers through the marketing funnel
  • Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies
  • Identify new approaches to personalization
  • Continuously improve automation processes and campaigns based on results.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Consult with departments and engage stakeholders to ensure the email Strategy and tools are fully embedded across all integrated campaigns and ensure ROI is demonstrated.
  • Understand braze data sources and how to present dynamic experiences for our patients
  • Responsible for all technical aspects of the email system, to ensure optimization, email delivery, reporting, list generation and service and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to systems and processes documentation, design and customization, and configuration of email system
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality

Skills for Success

  • Knowledge of HTML- ability to read, write, and use merge tags (called Liquid in braze)
  • Understanding of user segmentation and the ability to personalize user experiences
  • Identify and utilize “event driven” data for campaign optimization
  • Utilize GA and/or GTM data for enhancement of campaigns and to identify events experience
  • Social media audiences

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience within an enterprise level marketing automation platform
  • Experience with Braze. If not, experience in competitor marketing automation platforms such as: Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Customer.io, or Klaviyo is required
  • 3+ years in Digital Marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing strategy and channels, specifically email marketing and marketing automation
  • Data-driven/analytics focused mindset

You might also have

  • SQL and/or database query experience a big plus
  • Time spent in healthcare and an understanding of how medical equipment is billed through insurance
  • Digital design experience also a plus
