Hiring: Senior lifecycle manager @ Goodnotes

About the team:

At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. You will join a talented, distributed Growth Marketing team across Europe and Asia, contributing to user growth and retention for a massive global user base, including our key markets. You will work alongside other marketers, engineers, product managers, designers, and the wider Goodnotes team as a part of the CRM team.

About the role:

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Lifecycle Manager to run global marketing campaigns across dynamic user segments. This role will also contribute to and scale our lifecycle marketing programs, particularly in improving user engagement, retention, and monetization across our app ecosystem.

What will this person’s day-to-day look like?

  1. Own and optimise key lifecycle journeys
    From onboarding to reactivation, you’ll plan and execute CRM journeys that drive retention and revenue — and build dashboards to measure what’s working.
  2. Run strategic, cross-functional campaigns
    You’ll collaborate across teams to launch impactful campaigns tied to company goals — turning insights into action.
  3. Test, learn, and improve
    A/B testing will be core to your toolkit. You’ll analyze performance and continuously refine strategy to align with our broader CRM roadmap.

 

What experience and skills are must-haves?

  • You’ll be owning programs tied directly to business outcomes — so we’re looking for someone who can think strategically and work cross-functionally with confidence.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, including full ownership of journey planning and execution.
  • A solid grasp of user lifecycle frameworks and monetization funnels — bonus if you've worked on a global subscription product.
  • Strong data literacy — you’re at home in dashboards, interpreting cohort trends, and using behavioral data to make decisions.
  • Familiar with tools like Braze (or similar), Amplitude, and Looker.

 

Bonus points for...

  • Experience working closely with product, design, and data teams to shape lifecycle strategy.
  • Hands-on experience in segmentation, multi-channel orchestration, and experimentation.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, with curiosity about how users behave and what motivates them to stay engaged.
