Hiring: CRM Platform Manager @ Goodnotes

About the team:
At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. You will join a talented, distributed Growth Marketing team across Europe and Asia, contributing to user growth and retention for a massive global user base, including our key markets. You will work alongside other marketers, engineers, product managers, designers, and the wider Goodnotes team as a part of the CRM team.

About the role:
We are looking for a CRM Platform Manager who will own the technical operations and strategic enablement of our large-scale CRM campaigns and management. This role is responsible for ensuring the CRM platform is fully integrated, scalable, and optimized to support data flows, user segmentation, and experimentation across teams, not only for campaign execution but to empower CRM use cases end-to-end for Goodnotes.

What will this person’s day-to-day look like?

  1. Keep our CRM ecosystem running smoothly
    You'll own the integration between our CRM platform and key product/data pipelines — making sure everything flows accurately and reliably.
  2. Power smart targeting & personalization
    You’ll help unlock segmentation, testing, and personalization opportunities — always tying things back to clear CRM goals that drive impact.
  3. Support marketers & scale with stability
    You’ll partner closely with marketers and engineers to make sure everything runs like clockwork, from event tracking to operational scalability.

 

What must this person bring to the table?

  • You’ll be the go-to expert for the infrastructure that powers CRM across millions of users, so technical fluency and platform confidence are a must.
  • At least 5+ years in CRM, with real experience managing a platform end-to-end.
  • You’re comfortable working with event schemas, APIs, and data pipelines and not just at a surface level.
  • You understand the full campaign lifecycle: audience logic, segmentation, trigger-based automation, experimentation and how to set it all up.


What are some preferable skill sets, and tool proficiencies?

  • A working knowledge of HTML/CSS for message templating and SQL for digging into data
  • You’re great at teaming up with engineers and PMs to scope, plan, and maintain integrations
  • You think like a builder, but communicate like a partner, and you’re excited to shape how CRM scales across the business
