Freelance CRM Operations Specialist

Role Overview The CRM Operations Specialist for B2B/Partner Campaigns will manage and execute CRM initiatives focused on partners, seasonal campaigns, and always-on promotions. This role acts as a key CRM support function for partners, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery, performance tracking, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple stakeholders while using data to drive campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage partner CRM campaigns, including seasonal and promotional initiatives.
  • Act as CRM support, ensuring timely delivery, execution quality, and alignment.
  • Ideate, plan, and launch seasonal and always-on campaigns throughout the year.
  • Build and maintain campaign performance dashboards to track results and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Ensure best practices in campaign execution and reporting.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign operations.
  • Braze expert, platform knowledge (implement campaigns, canvas, dashboards)
  • Strong experience executing CRM campaigns and workflows, including B2B or partner campaigns.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and build dashboards.
  • Good to have: Experience creating creative seasonal, promotional campaigns
  • Good to have: Experience using Braze or similar CRM platforms.
