Job Description
Role Title: Growth Marketing Manager (CRM)
Location: London, we offer a mixture of office & hybrid working
Employment Type: Full Time, 6 month - 12 month fixed term contract
Start Date: We are looking for someone to join us as soon as possible or over the next few weeks, therefore, unable to consider candidates on a three month notice for this role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager with CRM experience to join us on a 6-12 month fixed term contract. This is a newly created opportunity within the Growth & Retention Marketing team to support enhancing our Braze platform and implementing opportunities via test and learn to drive growth and trading performance for Gousto.
You will report directly to the Senior Growth Manager, sitting as a part of the wider growth and retention team. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful growth within Gousto.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop business proposals and execute key trading levers across our Resurrection & Engagement campaigns to drive growth and retention.
- Support Senior growth manager with the launch of new propositional launches. Partnering with Creative teams to develop and execute engaging end to end marketing campaigns
- Project manage and execute key legal updates required across all Gousto communications. Owning the relationship with legal to deliver the ebay outcome for Gousto and our Customers
- Support in delivery of multi channel experimentation, expansion into new channels and platform capabilities to improve our effectiveness via Braze. Supporting the Senior Growth manager to deliver long lasting impacts for our customers.
- Partner with Data science to unlock data/personalisation opportunities
WHO YOU ARE:
- Proficient in Braze(our campaign management platform) including experience using HTML with a focus on setup and execution of campaigns and canvases using email, push and in app.
- Ability to interrogate campaign briefs and interpret campaign requirements.
- Good understanding of customer targeting and segmentation techniques.
- Great attention to detail and logical thinker with an eye to saving efficiencies.
- Team Player with excellent communication.
- Good analytical skills – ability to analyse and interpret results with a view to continuously improving and leveraging for future activity.
