Our Terms of Service continue to apply to direct messages sent. Users who do not act in accordance with the Terms of Service may be removed from Braze Bonfire.
1. Community members with the rank of Contributor or higher can send a direct message to a user by selecting the profile of the user they would like to message. and select the message button that appears on the user's profile card
2. Use the editor provided to author your direct message and select “Post Message” when ready to send.
