Why post to Braze Bonfire Community?
- Discussion Forums in Braze Bonfire Community connect you to Braze Super Users inside and outside of the Braze Company who can help you complete complex actions using Braze
- Posting in Braze Bonfire is free and accessible to you 24/7
- Asking questions, or helping to answer them in the Community helps to identify you as an evolving, expert Braze user to a community of your peers.
How to post a question?
1.Select the button labelled "New Post"
- You may choose to post a "New Question" or a "New Job Posting"
2.Select "New Question" to begin authoring your post to the site
- Typically a category will be pre-selected for you. You may choose to change the category if you wish.
- Your post must include:
- a selected category (pre-selected for you)
- the designation of Post Type: Question (pre-selected for you)
- a title
- a tag
3.Select post to publish your question to Community, once you have authored your title and made your selections.
📝 Note: When you ask a question in Community, your post will be publicly available on the internet, so it's important not to include screenshots or information that includes personal identifying information of the customers, or users of your Braze Platform
Get notified of answers
- The email you use to register for Community is tied to your membership notifications
- When you receive an answer to your question, an automated email will be sent to that address letting you know your question has received an answer, including a link back to it.
Upload a File
- Including screenshots or short recordings can be a great way to help communicate complexity in your post.
- Use the "Upload File" button which appears as a paperclip in the menu options of the body of your question to attach a file

Report a Post
- Questions posted to the Braze Bonfire Community must follow our Community Rules.
- If you believe a post should be reviewed or removed from the site, you can flag the post for review by a member of the Braze Bonfire Community Team.
- Navigate to the post
- Select the "report content" button which appears as a flag icon, near the title of the post
3. Select the reason for your report and add any additional details in the comment box for the moderation team.
Who can post a question
- Any member of the Braze Bonfire Community can post or reply to a question in the Community
- However, your first post to Community may take up to 1 business day for review by a member of the Community Moderation Team
- While we use a variety of automated tools to reduce the occurance of SPAM in the Community, we also involve a moderation team in the review process of fist time and reported posts to Community.
Community Rules
Your contributions are wanted and needed in this space, but we ask that your questions and comments focus on Braze products and services- not people specifically. Criticism can help us improve, but please use respectful language and treat others as you would like to be treated.
Those looking for new opportunities, or looking for Braze expertise may post to the Job Board. Posts which sell services or products that are not associated with a Braze Partnership or package will be removed.
