Ranks in Braze Bonfire Community
Braze Bonfire uses a series of Ranks to provide more permissions and engagement opportunities to advanced users, and to help communicate Braze Bonfire expertise quickly.
There are 11 ranks you will see most commonly across Braze Bonfire Community
Rank | Points and Important Notes |

New User | This rank is automatically assigned to new users who have not yet posted to the Community. This rank restricts abilities like direct messaging until your first post has been reviewed and approved by a Community Team moderator. |
Contributor | This rank recognizes you as a member of the Braze Bonfire Community with permission to post across our public discussion forums. Your will achieve this rank when your first post has been published to the Braze Bonfire Community. |
Connector | You'll level up to expert when you earn your first 50 reputation points. |
Collaborator | Members who earn 100 reputation points unlock the Collaborator rank. |
Supporter | Supporter ranked members are encouraged to connect with the Braze Champions Program and are provided some more information regarding this. The rank is achieved by earning 500 reputation points! |
Influencer | 1000 points is needed to unlock the Influencer Rank. |
Mentor | This rank is unlocked through the achievement of 2000 reputation points. |
Expert | When you achieve 4000 reputation points, you'll be celebrated with the Expert Rank! |
Visionary | Folks who unlock 6000 points are Visionary members! |
Braze Team Member | You'll notice some posts from members who have a rank that identifies them as Braze Team Members. |
Administrator | These are members of the Community and Advocacy Team, or those who are working to support Community and Advocacy Programs in the digital Community. |
Braze Alumni | This rank indicates that a Community account is no longer active and the user can't be contacted directly through the site. |

When members of the Community react to your posts, you're growing your reputation and that comes with extra badges and points! You'll earn additional points as you receive more positive reactions from members including: Like, Agree, and Promote.
