Braze FORGE 2026 Torchie Awards - Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Timing:
The FORGE 2026 Torchie Awards (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00:00 am (PST) on May 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 pm (PST) on July 10, 2026 (the “Entry Deadline”).
Eligibility:
The Contest is open to existing paying customers of Braze, Inc. and agency or technology partners of Braze (collectively, "eligible participants"), unless the law prohibits participating or receiving a prize (including, but not limited to, residents of Cuba, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and any other country designated by the United States Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control). Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Prospects and non-paying customers are not eligible. For customer award categories, nominations must be submitted directly by an employee of the eligible customer company; agency or technology partners may assist in preparing a submission but may not submit on behalf of a customer for a customer award category. The nomination form includes an optional field to identify an executive sponsor at the submitting organization; while not required, providing an executive sponsor's name and contact information is strongly encouraged to confirm that the submission has been reviewed and approved by company leadership. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Braze, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “Braze”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such person are not eligible to participate. Governmental entities are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
The Contest is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter and purchasing a product will not increase your chances of winning.

How to Enter:
Eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the FORGE 2026 Torchie Awards Nomination Form (“Nomination Form”). For customer award categories, the Nomination Form must be submitted directly by an employee of the eligible customer company. Partners may assist in preparing a submission but may not submit on behalf of a customer for a customer award category.
Entries must be received by the Entry Deadline. Braze is not responsible for any incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or undelivered entries, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
Winner Selection:
The Contest includes eight (8) customer award categories and four (4) partner award categories, for a total of twelve (12) award categories. For customer award categories, finalists and winners will be selected by a cross-functional judging panel of nine (9) judges spanning Marketing, Growth, Product, and Revenue. Two (2) customer award categories - Campaign of the Year and Creative Excellence - are additionally open to a People's Choice vote by Forge conference attendees. Partner award categories are judged separately by Braze's partnerships team. Braze's decisions with respect to all judging matters are final.
Notification:
Finalists and winners will be notified via email to the contact email provided in the Nomination Form between August 10 and August 14, 2026. Winners will be publicly celebrated at the Forge Conference on September 28-30, 2026. If a selected winner is unable to have a representative attend the Forge Conference, that winner may not be eligible to receive the conference ticket prize. In the event that a potential winner is not eligible, forfeits, or is disqualified for any reason, Braze will use a ranked order of submissions to select the next winner on the list.
Prize Restrictions:
Limit of one (1) prize per organization per award category. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made available, except at Braze’s sole discretion. Braze will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Braze reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these rules will be awarded.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Braze in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
