Who Is Qualified to Apply
Nominations are open to existing Braze customers and agency or technology partners. To be eligible, submissions must meet the following criteria:
- Customer or Partner status
Nominees must be a current active Braze customer or an official agency or technology partner of Braze.- Braze Reseller partners are eligible to submit nominations for the Partner Campaign of the Year and Transformation Partner of the Year categories.
- Forge attendance
If selected as a winner, the nominee or a representative from their team must be able to attend Forge in person to accept the award and may be asked to participate in event programming.
- Co-marketing collaboration
By submitting a nomination and being selected as a finalist or winner, you grant Braze a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, image, likeness, company name, logo, and nominated story in materials promoting the Forge 2026 Torchie Awards and Forge Conference.
- Timeline of work
All submissions must feature work launched within the last 12 months in order to showcase more recent efforts and subsequent impact.
- Exclusions
Governmental entities are not eligible to participate.
- Language
All nominations must be submitted in English.
How to submit
Read this guide in full before you begin. It will answer most of your questions and help you put together a stronger submission.
Choose your award category (or categories)
You can submit for multiple awards, but each one requires its own completed form.
Prepare your submission ahead of time
Use the:

and gather the following assets:
- High-resolution company logo (PNG or SVG preferred)
- Campaign assets, GIFs, and other visual evidence
- For individual or team awards, headshots or team photos

- Eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the Forge 2026 Torchie Awards Submission Form. For customer award categories, the form must be submitted directly by an employee of the eligible customer company. Partners may help prepare a submission but may not submit on behalf of a customer for a customer award category.
- The form includes an optional field for an executive sponsor—while not required, this is strongly encouraged to confirm that the submission has been reviewed and approved by company leadership.
- Acknowledge and confirm your agreement to the Torchie Awards terms and conditions.
Send in your supporting documents and assets
- Email torchieawards2026@braze.com with the award name, your name, and your company in the subject line
- Attach your supporting documents, visual assets, and logo files
- The email body can be simple—just paste your subject line into it
