What skill did you unlock in 2024?

Hi friends! December is here, and like many of you, I dove into my Spotify Wrapped today (no surprises—Hurray for the Riff Raff dominated!). This got me reflecting on the year and how marketing, marketing ops, and marketing technology have evolved. While AI is a popular topic, I’m curious to hear about your experiences.

    This is pretty obvious, but I've gotten much better at using AI to fastrack first drafts, synthesize notes or learnings, and create clearer frameworks for conveying complex information. (also i've gotten pretty good at training ChatGPT to use my voice to write horoscopes).

    I focused on this skill because AI is all the buzz, and because it has helped me be super productive and turn my creative ideas into reality in a much less effortful way. 

    In 2024 -- shoutout to all the new parents out there -- I also learned all about baby lead weaning and helped my little one learn to love all kinds of foods.
