Currently, we have available our Foundations for Everyone courses to help people who are not customers get familiar with some of the basics of Braze: https://learning.braze.com/page/braze-foundations-for-everyoneWith this knowledge, you would be prepared to take the Certified Practitioner exam. Certification information is viewable without needing a dashboard to log into Braze Learning: https://learning.braze.com/page/certification

I didn't realise that as not being currently Braze customer, I wouldn't have access to continue with the next certification. I can take the exam, however not follow the learning path
