Hi, I am new to the tool and wanted to test CSV imported users segmentation. However, when I add segment filter "includes Updated/Imported from CSV" my recent CSV is not appearing in the list. Moreover, out of 5 CSVs in our environment, uploaded in different times before, only one appears there. What are criteria for CSV to be available in this filter?
Hi Ana10! When you upload your CSV and before you start the import, Braze will ask you if you want to make it possible to retarget the users in the CSV as a group.
If you select the second radio button there, you'll be able to find the file when using the filter. Checking the box below will create the segment for you.
