Hey deblock1376 the closest I've done to this is a Multichannel campaign where you can have an iOS version and Android version in the same campaign. (prevents needing to setup conversion events, scheduling, segmentation and launching twice)
AFAIK you do have to have separate because of the different SDK for iOS and Android.
