Can you share some of the examples of engaging anonymous users you’ve seen from Braze customers?

You bet! At Braze, we often see an Anonymous User messaging strategy to consist of three phases - Make The First Move → Prove Your Worth → Get Them Excited. Examples on what each phase could look like for your brand are:
- Make the First Move
- If a user never created an account during onboarding, show an In App Message on explaining the benefits of creating an account to anonymous users on their next session start.
- Prove your worth
- Demonstrate the value you offer as a brand to the user, personalized at scale - such as using Content Cards to educate on critical product features that can lead users to perform high value actions.
- Get them excited
- Seal the deal - pitch a coupon activation campaign when a customer starts a session or lands on the website after the first 2 phases are complete.
