Leveraging customer engagement data outside of Braze
Data Distribution capabilities are key to the Braze Data Platform.
In talking with customers, we regularly hear how real-time data collected via Braze supports iterative, effective customer engagement, but is also a valuable input to broader business and product strategy.
With Braze, every customer interaction is a data point. This data seamlessly and quickly flows into each user's customer profile, which means that audience segments are always up to date, message personalization is contextually relevant, and delivery is timely.
Outside of Braze, brands can leverage features like Braze Currents to quickly and securely send product, engagement, and customer data to their data warehouse, CDP, BI / Analytics tools or internal system(s).
There are myriad uses for customer engagement data, but one favorite of mine: brands leveraging Feature Flags and Content Cards to quickly deploy customer experiences, then using Braze data to validate that the product experiences they actually commit to building are ones that will resonate with customers.
