Braze mWeb IAM <> Google One-Tap
My team is trying to find a workaround to display a mWeb IAM before Google One-Tap. We have found a "solution" by adding a custom event for when a user clicks "X" button on the IAM, and that triggers showing Google One-Tap. However, we are running into an issue when the user logs out they are not able to see either the mWeb IAM nor Google One-Tap. Steps to reproduce: loaded page as new user (logged out) Braze IAM shows clicking the "x" on the IAM closes the IAM and opens Google One Tap log in w/Google One Tap → i'm logged in and the Braze IAM isn't visible (as expected) refreshed the page → still no Braze IAM logged out → no Braze IAM, no Google One Tap refresh → still no Braze IAM nor Google One Tap
Cookies on Braze - How are they used?
We have noticed that our CMP acceptance of cookies seems to be having some impact on our Content Cards and IAM showing to users. We are noticing a dip in people receiving these on both Web and Mobile however the users should fall into the segment to receive the marketing. Does Braze use cookies to delineate whether or not to show some marketing from particular channels on Web and Mobile?
Landing Page submissions - user duplication
Hi there, I'm new to using Landing Pages, and we're hoping to use them for a lead gen project. Once information is submitted from a landing page, 1. customers are then tracked in a landing page segment and 2. customers are entered into a short outreach canvas. We're collecting information including first name, last name, email address, and phone number. The issue we're running into: It seems like if someone submits their information from the landing page multiple times (with 1:1 matching information), a duplicate Braze user is created each time, meaning they are added to the segment multiple times, and entered into a canvas multiple times. Is there a way to automatically deduplicate or merge these exact match customers coming in through the landing page, just in case someone submits multiple times (accidentally or intentionally)?
Personalized Copy/Paste Function in In-App Message
I'm new to Braze and want to learn how to integrate a personalized copy/paste function within an in-app message. For context: my company is looking to trigger this message on our website after a user completes a specific action. This action involves the user making their own custom URL using our website, so we want to include a message pop-up that invites them to copy and paste their link to share. I'm assuming this would involve the use of personalization + the campaign builder? Are there any tutorials or tips on how I can accomplish this? Thanks!!Use content blocks on landing pages?
I know that landing pages are currently in a beta stage, but I'm experimenting with using content blocks on landing pages. I have a content block that is retrieving data through connected content. This content block is previewing just fine, just like I expected. On my landing page, I'm trying to use this content block, but it is not working out. My Content block Liquid Tag is: {{content_blocks.${test_dropdown}}} If I just reference this in a custom code component, my landing page will just display the text literally without the content block being loaded. Is this not yet supported, or am I doing something wrong here?New Braze YouTube Resource!!

Does anyone know how to test that the page shows properly and is filtering emails properly through a test email? I wasn't able to figure it out on my own! Hi - first time in-browser users here. When building either a campaign or a canvas and the user clicks "x" or presses one of the buttons that the behaviour is "close message" - will the in-browser message reappear the next time they log in if they haven't performed one of the conversion events?
