Looking for a Braze user to help us build our D2C function at an established, innovative company in the music and media industry. Roles And Responsibilities Execute lifecycle marketing programs via Braze, in partnership with the Insights, Product Marketing, and Direct-to-consumer marketing teams. You will work directly on email, in-app, push, and SMS communications as well as collaborate on audience building, onboarding, and insight sharing. Continuously test and optimize campaigns to drive incremental gains in conversion and engagement Help improve customer journeys, triggers and automations with static and dynamic content Be an active voice and contributor in our cross-functional experimentation group Develop automated, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns for key customer segments Develop and maintain user segmentation and targeting strategies so users receive the right content at the right time Partner with content, product marketing, and demand teams to design a messaging strategy for each lifecycle stage of customers Set goals, benchmarks, and KPIs for lifecycle marketing programs and report out Stay up to date on latest improvements and features in lifecycle marketing and be a connection point for our Braze Account management team EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years of experience in an email or lifecycle related role with Braze Data-driven background, strong experimentation mindset Fluency with reporting, analysis, and synthesis of data Excellent problem-solving / critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and keep projects moving in a complex environment Deep knowledge in customer segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws Fluency in HTML/CSS to debug emails ahead of each send Music production or audio recording background is a huge plus for this role If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us! https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/sp%C3%A9cialiste-du-marketing-du-cycle-de-vie-lifecycle-marketing-specialist-at-avid-3651237465/
