Using Attachements on Email Templates
Hello guys,
I have an email campaign that contains an attachment to be included in sendout. With the Braze magic, is it possible to do it? Is anyone find a solution?]
Attachment can be a pdf, jpg or png.
Can you please share your experience or a way to do it?

Selman_Balci The only way I am aware of to send an email with an attachment in Braze is through the use of api triggered campaigns and the attachment is defined in the email object. Documentation: https://www.braze.com/docs/api/objects_filters/messaging/email_object/

Just a tiny distinction I'd love to make: it's the API-Only Campaigns through the /messages/send endpoint that allows for attachments.
API-Triggered Campaigns are the third delivery type that you see when building the campaigns inside the dashboard which do not allow for attachments, and I totally agree that the names are way too similar 🤣

Not sure if anyone has workarounds to this but I know the Drag and Drop Editor doesn't support adding attachments per the FAQ documentation here.
