I’m Peguy, Product Manager User Engagement at Karos, a French carpooling app that helps people share their daily commute. We’re looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to join our Product team in Paris and work hand in hand with me.
What you’ll do
- Build and run lifecycle journeys in Braze (Canvas, Content Blocks, Liquid, push, email, in-app)
- Keep our Braze setup robust and consistent: configurations, end-to-end QA, documentation
- Support other PMs and our Ops teams who want to bring value through CRM
- Measure the impact of our flows on user behaviour and suggest how to improve them
What we’re looking for
- Solid hands-on Braze experience
- A user-first mindset: you start from what users do, not from the message
- Comfortable with testing, control groups and conversion metrics
- Fluent French (our users speak are mainly french speaking)
