For me the biggest factor is pace of innovation on a foundation that actually scales. I think from the What's New page, we see good evidence of Braze shipping meaningful releases every single month.

I think the Braze Data Platform enhancements are a good example of a release intended to meet emerging needs that respond to real world tech disruptions, but still keep the Marketer's needs at heart: you've already invested in time and architecture that defines your source of truth, the platform activates engagement right on top of your existing warehouse — no standalone CDP required (but will work with it if you have it!).

Pair that with a steady stream of BrazeAI enhancements (ex. operator support for campaign editing means operator can respond to a prompt like “I want to send our lapsed users a push notification with a 20% off promo code the next time they open the app or log a custom event that cancels their subscription"- and help you in each individual step of the campaign wizard) - and you've got innovation and a technical foundation built to scale with companies of every size.

I'm still new to Braze as an organization -so truly those are my takeaways from the last 6 months, but I think those are the pieces resonating with other customers too.
